After the “European Health Prevention Day” could not take place last year due to the corona pandemic, we would like to welcome you to the 4th EHP Day on December 2nd and 3rd, 2021 at a new location, the Wiesbaden Kurhaus Welcome to 2021.
The corona pandemic and the associated worldwide restrictions have hit the facilities in our industry hard in the last 20 months. This was and is particularly true for our thermal baths and for many of the therapies offered. Normality and the state of things before the pandemic are still a long way from being achieved.
Our European Health Prevention Day in the “SPArliament” will be dedicated to the topic “Do natural, localized remedies have a future in the age of pandemics?”. The virologist from the University of Mainz, Prof. Dr. Plachter will report on the "Corona pandemic as a blueprint for further developments", followed by further statements and a subsequent discussion with the audience. The first day ends with the first presentation of the partner country Lithuania.
On the second day we will again take up current topics in the blocks “Marketing in spas and health resorts”, “New products in medical spa tourism” and “Medical spa and wellness strategies in the VUCA world”.
Finally, Kurland GmbH from Bavaria presents itself as a new partner of QuHeP, which has been one of the pioneers in the field of medical spa systems and facilities for around 50 years.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
Nachdem im letzten Jahr der “European-Health-Prevention-Day“ wegen der Corona-Pandemie nicht stattfinden konnte, heißen wir Sie gerne am 02. und 3. Dezember 2021 an einem neuen Standort, dem Wiesbadener Kurhaus, zum 4. EHP-Day 2021 herzlich willkommen.
Die Corona-Pandemie und die damit verbundenen weltweiten Restriktionen haben in den letzten 20 Monaten die Einrichtungen unserer Branche schwer getroffen. In besonderem Maße galt und gilt dies für unsere Thermalbäder sowie für viele der angebotenen Therapien. Die Normalität und der Zustand wie vor der Pandemie sind längst noch nicht erreicht.
Unser European Health Prevention Day wird sich im „SPArliament“ dem Thema „Haben natürliche ortgebundene Heilmittel im Zeitalter der Pandemien eine Zukunft?“ widmen. Der Virologe von der Universität Mainz, Herr Prof. Dr. Plachter wird über die „Corona Pandemie als Blaupause für weitere Entwicklungen“ berichten, gefolgt von weiteren Statements und einer anschließenden Diskussion mit dem Publikum. Der erste Tag wird durch die erstmalige Präsentation des Partnerlands Litauen abgeschlossen.
Am zweiten Tag greifen wir wieder aktuelle Themen in den Blöcken „Marketing in Heilbädern und Kurorten“, „Neue Produkte im Medical Spa Tourism“ sowie „Medical Spa und Wellness Strategien in der VUCA Welt“ auf.
Schließlich präsentiert sich als neuer Partner von QuHeP die Kurland GmbH aus Bayern, die seit rund 50 Jahren zu den Pionieren im Bereich medizinischer Spa-Anlagen und - Einrichtungen zählt.
